This public school was a microcosm of the wider economy with many different activities from teaching to catering, travel, agriculture, funds management and more all contributing in some way to the school as a whole.
The management infrastructure of the school had not kept pace with technology and fundamental change was needed in almost every area to meet expectations and improve effectiveness.
A small team was assigned and with the assistance of a steering group we prepared a feasibility study and a strategy to achieve a modern and effective management support infrastructure. As project manager we lead the team of third party suppliers and internal staff in the deployment of both standard and modified technology and ensured thorough training was received where needed.
The transformation of the school infrastructure into a modern and effective environment to secure the schools continued success.
